Hi everybody, can anyone help or advise on my issue, as follows.
2000, 230 CLK Cabriolet W208
When I start up all is well until I switch on the lights then I get a "lamp failure check lights" malfunction displayed. I have checked all lamps & they are all working as they should & all bulbs are the correct wattage, this only occurs with the engine running.
if I switch on the ignition (but don't start the engine) and switch on side lights, head lamps, dip & main beam, front & rear fog lamps hazard lamps, brake lamps & select reverse (its an automatic) no warning shows on the instrumentation & every light on the car is working.
since ownership I have not had this warning before until 2 days ago,& its just annoying, so any help would be appreciated.
