oh Howard, I read all replies, find out that 10th is most suitable, based on your input amongst others, and then I put my head on the line, sort out a date for a GTG that I cannot even attend and now you're going all shy...

errrm the 10th is a Saturday
and lunchtime onwards is favourite for us - Saturday mornings can be a bit hectic
