Which Mercedes dealer does everyone use in London use for Servicing? Car is still under warranty so need it to be an official dealer rather than an Indy.

Brentford and Chelsea are the closest but can travel out a bit if there is a specialist like Camberley for RS4's

cheers

Brooklands are pretty good and a nice place to visit if you're having the service done while you wait :thumb:

I use Beaconsfield.

Did a decent job on mine, it wasnt washed or test driven (I always request this) , I had a decent courtesy car and got about 20% discount off the bill!

Definitely not Brentford or Chelsea !!

In my experience with my 2 C63's.

Chelsea - was 10 mins drive from my flat but the whole experience is dismal. You have to drop your car off into a congested car park with a rude bloke on the gates. You get the feeling they prefer that you drop off our car and leave and return and pay your bill.

Brentford - Chelsea use them for bodywork. Had some paintwork done under warranty. They took 3 weeks and delivered the car back to me and curbed a wheel parking up. Sorted it out but general shambolic outfit.

Temple Fortune - pretty good, know the warranty guy (he's a PHer)

Brooklands - my nearest dealer now and had a service last week. Flawless operation and genuinely good.

Have to agree with the above, Chelsea is piss poor. Customer service is terrible. The Purley branch is also rubbish but there service dept is fantastic. I've heard good things about Temple Fortune. Used them for parts and they were spot on.

I use Heathrow and find them very helpful. Beaconsfield is definetely avoid used them on a coolant loss issue, they had a look reported no leak and told me they topped the coolant neither of which was true. Hence went to Heathrow who found the leak and repaired it under warranty. Result!!!!!

Completely disagree at least in terms of Brentford. They've done everything both on my A45 and C63 and never one single issue and they've taken my car in straight away without any questions. I've had a turbo change, rear bumper fixed and a lot of other things and never anything negative.

So they did all that and didn't manage to set either car on fire?

(Hint: use forum search :D )

Not Chelsea

i had to use Chelsea 15 years ago for my new E55 and it was dire.

Ridiculous down market feel, unpleasant appallingly crowded service centre, nasty location, customer service was all cheap barathea and script repetition.

The routine servicing that they did was adequate, but I didn't present them with anything challenging. Friends have spoken about being unimpressed with time and charge rates but can't say that it's any worse than anywhere else.

Dropped in there a couple of years ago to pick up new mats and it seemed as bad as ever.

It's my local agent and I can't understand why it hasn't been sorted out when the whole industry has moved on so far.

I've used Bromley and Hertford for routine services and I never had any problems. They'd call me up when done and I'd pick up the motor with no issues whatsoever. At Hertford, I once had a problem catching the train back on time and I called to let them know, we agreed to take payment over the fone. I was picked up at the station in my car and I dropped the service guy off since he was doing me a favour.

I have had my S-Class from new serviced at Brooklands until June 2013. Highly recommended then Olly at PCS up until now. Also highly recommended.

I will also be taking the CL 63 Bi-Turbo to Brooklands.

I've had good service from MB Epsom for both of my E classes - one purchased from them, one bought independently. They've dealt with all of the niggles well under warranty, and seem happy to work on the E63 as they don't see many of them.
