Looking at purchasing a 2005 C Class Sport Coupe 220CDI

Evening all,

New to the forum. An going to look at purchasing my first MB C Class Sports Coupe, however its a manual.

Heard a few issues about the foot handbrake being a bit of an issue, can people please tell me their experience of the manual coupe handbrake?

I will be looking to test drive the car tomorrow so any help and advice on this and the car in general would be much appreciated.

Hi all,

Not had time to call any garages sa all closed now, wondering if anyone can give me a rough idea on how much the following is going to cost;

1. Replacing front brake disks which have corrosion
2. Replacing the rear antiroll bar? Which again is corroaded.

Also there was an ever so slight noise coming from the engine when it was on - didn't sound major, but any guesses on where to keep an eye or ear for resolving this?

Not purchased the car yet, but being seriously considered.
