Looking to buy wheels and tyres CLK240

Hello All
I am new to the forum and just recently bought a CLK 240.
The wheels are not in a very good condition and the tyres all need changing.
I am quite confused by the sizes and what i need.

My car is CLK 240 2003 elegance model. The paint work is dark blue.

Please could someone help me narrow down my search. I dont even know what i need to be looking for.

Look in the back of your owners manual, you'll hopefully find the recommended wheel sizes and tyre sizes for your car - you need details of rim width (7J, 7.5J etc), PCD (5 x 112 or similar), ET (35,40 etc), rim size (16, 17) then tyre sizes to match the rims, then you can shop around on Ebay and similar for a replacement set. The aloywheeldirect.net site will also help. There are also sites that show you the effects of changing rim size, tyre size and ET on speedometer, possible interference with brake calipers/wheel arches.
