Loss of Electrical Headrest Adjustment

The headrest adjustment on my 2000 55AMG CLK doesn't work on the drivers side.

Everything else on the seat works fine so i'm assuming no power problems.

The easy exit function is not working as well, but I assume this is due to the headrest not lowering.

Where to start?

Happened on my C32. It was diagnosed as the switch by my dealer, and duly replaced under warranty. They had to replace the motor in the end too, as switch alone didn't fix it. Works fine now though.
