Hi guys.... this morning driving to work i called into a petrol station to put some fuel in the car, when i got back in and turned on the lights, i noticed that all the instrument (dials) and the heater/window switch lights were not working, assumed that it was probably just a fuse, as the stereo illumination, and all other electrics including the interior overhead lights were working fine... BUT, the fuse (fuse 3) seems fine, and other items linked to that fuse (number plate lights) work fine.....

so i am stumped, was getting dark when i got home so did not have time to explore to much, so am wondering if anyone of you are aware of what the problem could be????

hopefully something simple, but either way, i cant be dealing with having no instrument lighting.

Rich.......

Rotate the adjuster dimmer knob in the cluster a few times quite firmly, that should fix it

thank you..... that did the trick :bannana: (what a lemon, i never knew that did the dimmer) was hunting for a dimmer earlier after i lost the lights, i am guessing something must have happened when i reset the trip odometer....

again.... many thanks
