Lost an option within the menu set up

Looking at my W176 A180 CDI.

Within the 'Assist' option of the menu (Attention Assist) I used to see a distance & a graphic of a car (on or off) I can't find it now, it just seems to have disappeared: I'm sure that the attention works as I see a red triangle in the instrument cluster and it flashes & gives out a warning bleep when I get close to another car or bollard.

Idea anyone?????

As far as I know Attention Assist is the coffee break alert?
