Shame its a left hooker but what a beautiful bit of kit

They were all LHD.

Back in 1974 when I was a 17yr old lad, I used to hitch hike home from a girl feinds house as I could not afford the bus fare.

To my atonishment a FH V12 E type pulled up ,same English white, & took me home to my front door...there was no lottery back then, but that 17 yr old lad felt as though he had won it it that night.:D

My E type story
I remember visiting a scrapyard (Stickleys in Kenilworth) in the early seventies.
There was a brand new, fully optioned Primrose Yellow LHD V12 E type convertible that had clearly not been involved in an accident (no front or rear end damage) but looked like it had had heavy weights dropped on it.
When I asked about it I was told that it was a development mule, had been driven in, and had to be destroyed while Jaguar 'security' watched it.

Wonder what that would be worth now.
