What do we think of this?

It's certainly low mileage. Would the likes of star diagnosis be able to offer more of an insight into how it's actually been driven? Eg number of cold starts, journey length etc? What about a maximum speed ;)

Only kidding, I'm sure someone will love it

Nice car.

Remarkably low miles, but surely too high to have never been washed??

Looks veryyy nice...I'm sure its been over 70mph...its a C55 after all!

Never been washed and only wiped down with a duster?!? So its covered in tiny scratch marks from stones & the like?

Makes you think as to why someone would buy it and never use it,, I had a friend who bought a jag 420G and never drove it once and sold it 4 years later,,,Why ?????

MPG is pretty respectable tho , if that was getting caned it would be 10ish

Nice car.

Probably the main thing that I think is off-putting in the advert :(

Lucky it's silver, it's probably covered in micro-swirling!

And he goes and takes pictures on grass?
I'm sure in the background I can see big looming clouds. I hope he hurried up otherwise for once the car would have been in the rain.

Does he check the whether forecast before he went for a drive every sunday?

Theres nothing more that I would love to do than take that C55 AMG and get that car stinking dirty

I do,, mine hardly ever gets wet,, that's why I have ordered good weather for the coming meets

What if its raining heavily for the next 2 weeks? Do you have an alternative car for bad weather only? ;)

Those V70R's kick ass Malcolm ...

A few years back i used to work on and off for Tamplins Volvo in Twickenham , and the dealer principal had an 850 T5R estate in black with black 18 inch Antera alloys ( the cool ones with the valve under the centre cap  ), blacked out windows and tuned to 400+ bhp .... this was circa 1995 .....

Never forget being in it with one of the staff and this 911 pulled up behind us on the motorway , Clive said watch this and dropped it down two gears and buried the throttle .....

Bye Bye Porsche  the chap just didn't know what happened ....

Love them ....

We went to a BTCC once ( courtesy of Volvo ) when they were racing the T5 estates and one of the drivers had got a life size alsation stuffed toy , and they cable tied it in the back for the race .... very good !! Never allow you to do that now ....

why bother buying it in the first place. what would that car have cost new in 2004?

I have dealt with the person placing the ad ...

He's an MB salesman .. was negotiating to buy an SL55 from his dealership.

I thought he was OK, and quite honest. Also very helpful.

Go on...

Is this the guy you bought your CLK from then? Or should we be cautious?

Nice, but £32k? It's still a 4 year old car.

Agree it is over priced .. even if low mileage.

No doubt the £32k is negotiable :)

All I could think whilst reading that advert was "What a waste"! Why would you buy a car like that and never rag it?
