Don't think that is in dispute. It is that rather than applaud her for her knowledge or skill set (I have no idea of either btw) you have focused in on her 'looks' and that would be the reason for her success, now or if she opened a dealership.
I may be wrong of course, but that is my interpretation of it. :)

Her qualifications speak to her skill set and it is nice to see a young lady ( especially pretty ) doing well in a previously male dominated activity .

I also rather think that she , rather than anyone else , is using her looks to get ahead in the world - whatā€™s wrong with that ?

Sheā€™s a smart, good looking girl who obviously looks after herself. Whatā€™s wrong with complementing her for it? She obviously has no problem with it otherwise she wouldnā€™t post pics of herself on social media. Good for her.

In Pontoneer's defence... it seems that the lady in question has skills and looks and she is proud of both in equal measure, as can be seen from her Instagram page: S H A R E E N (@shareenqueen) ā€¢ Instagram photos and videos .

I fully agree that unwanted attention equalls harassment, but when someone (man or women) are happy to display in public their skills and/or looks my view is that there's nothing improper in complimenting them on either ot both.

Bet she earns 30% less than the blokes in the industry too :p

If she didn't want an attention because of her beauty but purely because of her expertise in car maintenance she would have been a member of this nice car club.
BTW I'm not saying that female members of mbclub are not beautiful. ;)
