M Class upgrades

Local to me is an 08 plate 320cdi that appears to have injector issues and the owner wants shot of it as they’ve bought a replacement car. What interests me is it has 19” alloys, a towbar, full leather interior with electric seats and updated hifi. The towbar might be rusty and not reusable but would the interior be a straight swap with my faux half leather seats that manually slide?

The car is up for around £1500 so could be worth the effort assuming everything fits.
