Yesterday put my 202 in for test,good result,passed,advisories on rear pads(which I knew were low) and slightly deteriorated rear brake hoses,so a couple of hours work should keep me rolling for pennies,happy chap, and only £35 test fee!

They're solid cars, these 202's. MOT them every year, an oil change every so often, and they're trouble free motoring.

That clearly only affects some, as my one (1999) is perfect underneath. The bodywork (wheel arches) needed redoing, but that and a dent in the bonnet cost me a grand total of £250, and you can't tell they've been done now. Not bad on a car that's nearly 13 years old. Compared to many vehicles of that age they're great (Fords spring to mind... rotboxes).

Our 16 year old Audi A4 (96/P) has zero rust anywhere, and at 150k miles also passed its MOT first time this week (a pleasant surprise!). The only advisory was worn wiper blades, which I replaced today.
