M111 Timing chain Life

As the trusty 124 marches on @ 227K now I was wondering what the life of the Timing chain was & or the Tensioner. Should I be considering renewal? The Engine does have a rattle, especially cold

I would say its money we'll spent at that sort of mileage. Worth treating her to a set of lifters while your at it
