M113 K Long tube "headers"

No EC don't make their own shorty Headers. They are PLM headers and the quality and results are very good.
Anything that fits without having to bend it to go passed the steering rack is 'stronger' and and good quailty in my books.

Not wanting to ruin the other guys sale ive seen first hand the poor quality and as a consequence the lack in performance from CKS headers compared to kleeman ones.

It's a shame I missed out in those! I'm stuck in hospital or I would have snapped them up!

In there it says new products and has headers assumed they were euro charged ones...

If you click on the link and look at the pics they aren't...

Those are mid length :thumb:
Shortys are quite surprisingly shorter than that, and hence the part about needing minor modification to fit (meaning mid length as needs bending to fit passed steering rack)

These are short tubes

Sorry I have just seen everybodies identical replies.

Turns out the Shortie headers need a bit of work to fit my car, the CL55, compared to the CLS/E55. They bolt onto the manifold no problem, but the exhaust needs to be extended to reach them. It still seems the best option.

Get in quick and snap these up.

Unsold and going up for second chance bid. The owner is a member on the other side and has been trying to sell these CKS headers for a while.

Either that or the manifolds can extended to clear past the crossmember on the subframe.

Depending on the layout, its probably easier just to cut the exhaust and weld in a longer peice to get them at the right height. It is slightly annoying as exhaust work is one thing I cant do! (Tried and failed miserably in the past).

So I would be able to bolt them in, but would then have to go to an exhaust shop do to the mods.

Hmm, will have a chat with Paul about it.

Do these shorties clear the steering column or you haven't bought them yet?

I havent bought them yet, but they clear the steering column with no issues.
