M113k Supercharger clutch gapping.

Hi all,

Im getting a jerk and slipping when the supercharger engages, ive checked the gapping and its well out.

Its now down to 510mm with no shims, does anyone know which part i need to replace at bring the gapping into spec 035 to 042mm ? I take it i have a wron clutch, the car has a 77mm pulley.

Did you put on a shorter belt when you put on the 77mm pulley?
If not, the old belt is too long and slipping.

Hi, no i bought the car with the 77mm pulley. It has been into mercedes just before i bought it and had a new tensioner and belt but i think its the standard length.

Ive bought a shorter one just waiting on delivery, just the gapping is massive even with no shims... Is this normal ?

Seems you are on top of why its slipping, but I can't help with the gapping. Sorry.
