Even if it blows Unicorn farts the MOT tester can still fail it because the secondary (or primary) cat(s) are missing. As was discussed on this forum months ago. He or she would have to be a bit of a tight bugger to actually fail the car but are entirely in their rights to do so.Still passes the emissions though right?
