M156 Engine Cover Clips

Hello,

I am looking for the engine front / top cover retaining clips.

MB Do not sell them separate from the cover so after some research I have found that a GM Clip fits and you can buy them in 25's from America.

1994-2017 Interior Trim Clips (25) GM 15748479 1/2" X 5/8"

Does anyone over here already have some from their 25 they wish to part with?

If not I will order 25 and have some if others need them.

My clips have turned up from the USA and have done the job. I have some spare if anyone needs them.

However since needing them, I have replaced the running boards on my W164. The top plastic trim to body on these running boards use the same clip / really similar clips as the engine cover ones.

Part number A0119888978 which are available separately.

So if you need the clips for the front top engine cover on a M156 engine, I would try A0119888978 for a few pence before ordering some from the USA.
