I found it easy buddy although i do consider myself reasonably competent with tools and around the engine. I was actually cleaning and rebuilt the intake manifold, renewed pcv valve and whilst there changed out the injectors. The o rings comes with the new injectors, it's just pull out the old ones and place in the new. When installing the new injector, I would smear a tiny amount of silicon grease around the o ring to help it in.
The injectors come with serial numbers printed on the box with a hologram, so you can check the authenticity of parts on the Bosch website.

The bloke in this video gets the job done , But Jesus , what a fricking mess he is working in ! Both my y workshop and garage are currently pretty messy but I do not have gherkins waiting to get pickled laying on my workbench !
