Evening all
Im looking at replacing my engine , it might be the best way of sorting my cars numerous engine problems
Is there differant types of these engines ? I would only be using the "small block " from a replacment engine , keeping all my orignal bolt on components .
I have found one from a C 200 k , the engine code on this is 271 946
On my engine the code is 271 941 ,
Would these engines be interchangable ?
Can anyone explain the differances in the 271 engines , I thaught the 200k and 180 k where identical , and the 230 k had a different head and supercharger .
