M271 fuel pressure regulator

Hi guys

I have a 2006 sport coupe c200k with m271940 engine. I am changing the fuel pressure regulator. But he part I have is completely different to the part that has come out. I cannot for the life of me find the correct part anywhere. I attach photo

Hi W1ghty, I have tried all those places but unable to find any and the once i found are way too expensive, over $600 coming from abroad.
