M278 engine problems?

I'm still on the look out for my ideal R231 and have looked extensively at any possible problems these cars may have. Has anyone had any problems with the M278 engine in other models that they'd like to share with me?

Have a look in the Technical > Engines section, but basically, they're pretty bulletproof.
