Magno paint finishes.

My previous car was a W204 C63 507 Coupe in Magno Platinum. I had the bonnet resprayed as the previous owner had put PPF over some bonnet chips, which annoyed me no end after a while. Respray was done by a paint shop used to working with matt finishes and the finished job was excellent and a perfect match to the wings etc.

My current car is a Magno Hell Green GTR and the same paint shop has tidied up some minor scratches and road detritus damage for me, again a perfect finish and match to the rest of the car. The paint shop manager told me the paint is not the problem, it is the quality of the lacquer top coat and how this is applied that results in the correct finish or not.

I wouldn't let colour put me off a car as there are always paint shops out there who know what they are doing.
