Malfunctions??

Hi there! I am new to this forum and i have a c180 komp coupe. In the last couple of days a couple of malfunctions have come up on the in car computer: 1, check coolant level and 2, check washer level. Checked both and both seem to be ok. Could this just be a glitch or is it something more serious....... The car is an 03 plate which ive had for 3 years and is due a service in 3000 miles. Any ideas!! Ive reset each time but they keep coming up every time i restart the car. Also kept an eye on the engine temp and all seems to be ok. Any ideas would be helpfull. Thanks!!

Maybe have it hooked up to a diagnostics machine to clear the old fault codes? Worked on my C180 Coupé anyway.

Had the coolant check light up on mine check the float inside isn't stuck.
Do it from cold unless you want to melt your fingers.
Also washer level switch u/s changed cost approx £13.
