Can anybody tell me what the yellow Lotus is? Sorry, it's not the best of photos, it's the one after the red Lotus Europe (?). It did sound fantastic, the kind of V8 rumble that makes your organs shake.
I did learn that a Mk3 Mazda MX5 2000cc isn't really much faster than a Mk1 MX5 1600cc, that's progress for you!

I would expect it to be an Esprit V8 from what you have said above.

Yes, the Green 46 Mx5 belongs to a friend of mine. Some winter fetling has made it quite competetive, so he's a very happy man,
