Man flu is the most debilitating and painful condition known to the human race. It is far far worse than 'childbirth' which is the often heard reply when trying to explain to a female just how bad it is. Women just do not understand nor comprehend quite how bad it is.

Fortunately I have only had it twice in my life. On both occasions I was rendered totally incapacitated, unlike child birth,. In a state of near total paralysis, unlike child birth. Crucially I remained quiet and didn't scream at everyone around me, unlike child birth.
