After only a few months and 1800 miles.....it's going

another one. Complicated story, but for a variety of reasons it makes sense to do it now.
I've been delighted with the car, the customer service, the 3 year free servicing deal. Only downside is that the E55 was faster in a straight line, carried more stuff and achieved better fuel consumption. However the 300TD is going like a train at 97,000 miles, and still looks ok and is perfect for load lugging.
