I'm not sure on your location but I have used them for colour matching before and they were spot on and extremely knowledgeable. They will ask for your paint code but will be able to tell you where to find it.
Looking at it I think the best thing to do as mentioned a few posts up is to buy or find someone that is handy with a decent airbrush then slowly build a fine layer and using the finest of fine wet dry sand paper and gently (very very gently) wet and rub it back and airbrush again and wet rub back a couple of times. I think that would be the best you'd be able to achieve at home for under £100. Really you want a skilled hand doing this.
If you’re going to attempt it yourself, practice practice practice with the air brush first! Otherwise I would maybe try local model shops or maybe a nail artist for someone who is handy with one. Personally I would have a ring around local body shops drop them an email with the picture and see what they would charge to touch up if you provide the paint, just be clear you’re not looking for perfection just an improvement.
Please take the above with a pinch of salt as i'm not body work man but have done a little bit of spraying whole panels in the past and i can promise you it is easier to spray one panel than it is to blend. I spent hours and hours trying to blend paint on my first Mercs wheel arches and after a couple of days got there your are literally waiting for paint to dry where it can be smoothed it is very time consuming.
I vowed i would never do it again as it's a skill you develope by doing it every day if i only knew at the time i would have happily paid £200 or more for someone to do it.
At the least give Leonard Brooks Paint a call and they can advise you better. Good Luck
