Having to change my 2yr old E220 Blutech with various upgrades etc. Due to change in circumstances. FSH etc. 20k miles. The best part ex value £17.5k

What sort of value were you expecting?

Given that 2015 SE's are barely breaking £20k, that seems pretty fair.
 
The motor trade really ought to look into the whole part ex process with a view to making customers feel valued.

Old shape now, everyone leases a new one, glut of ex lease cars at the moment.

Should have tried to sell it on here you may have got a bit more for it. I bet it will go on a forecourt for £23 to £25 making a nice little profit for someone.

Unfortunately "feeling valued" frequently has a very tenuous grasp on reality.

Main dealers are offering similar vehicles out at £21k.
