This is despicable behaviour perpetrated by lowlifes, but while its restricted to a relatively few heartless b*****ds there are surely lots of people who condone it by doing nothing when they see it going on. Disturbing facts have also arisen about people suffering mental health problems in a recent survey. Apparently you are 3 times more likely to be assaulted as a male and 10 times more likely to be the victim of assault as a female than the general public if you suffer from mental illness. That is absolutely appalling, there are times when I can see the benefit of having the death sentence available.
