Maxi diag eu702

Hi all
help needed
i thought i would update my eu702 so i cleared out all info tests failed to clear but software ie car info ob11 was deleted and cannot reinstall
pc link crashes on contact with the rar/zip file
pulled hair out none left lol
getting no responce from company emails support
has anyone got ideas the unit dont show up in windows list either
i have tried this on xp win7 x 4 diferent pc's / laptops

Sorry have not got any intimate detail on your equipment but had similar frustration with my Creader until I found that it needed a custom driver in order for the computer to recognise the unit, after that it worked fine. Has your computer ever communicated with the unit? if not you probably have not installed the correct driver. Good luck.

ive not been able to see the unit in windows and thought it may well be a driver
but after many days trawling for a driver
ive had no luck at all
unable to update driver either

company didnt answer emails

a real puzzler this 1

I have this unit, but I am not aware that there are any software update for it.

Which software are you trying to load onto the device, and where did you download it from?

I can then have a look on mine.

Ahh great some one with a eu702

my problem is i have a fault on car and old checks i wanted to delete
i tried but they wouldnt delete but i did manage to delete the front software for diferent models etc
so now i got an empty unit i cannot update or reinstall dtc lib
i need the Built-in OBD-II DTC lookup library
but im unable to see unit in windows with autel pclink software it loads unit but cannot reinstall dtc

and my poor zafira needs a tickle right now is poorly grrrrrrrr

I nearly bought one of these a few years back, but have you seen how much they are now

Yes me and brov bought it together we both got vauxhalls and vw's
