Mb 2010 clc 220 cdi se

Is there anyone else out there who has had my dilemma of the drivers seat belt buckle punching a hole in the door speaker grill because the belt had not retracted properly? Could I replace this myself or is it a bodyshop job?
Will MB fix this under warranty?
