Its just had a few grand knocked off recently anyway, he offered to go down to 17500 with MOT, Service and 6months warranty. Then he offered 12months for price of 6. I chose to go full price with 3 year warranty which was reputable and all inc.

Im not sure what i'll do with it. It has a dechromed grill from factory and no 3 pointed star. I'm quite keen for a 3 pointed star like this

It will be detailed before delivery. Apart from that perhaps up to date security and stereo- blaupunkt.

Its the silver arrows year to be restored so i wanted a car id have to do nothing much with.

Congratulations.. that's a really special car. I remember when I first saw it in Brooklands on display upstairs, I made a few trips back there just to see again and again in the flesh. I took quite a liking to that car! Im glad it went to someone who will appreciate it and look after it - as im sure the original owner Richard will too.

I adopted the idea of the front grill and side chrome strips being the same colour from that car

i think it maybe a few weeks for the photos, the dealer wanted weather to clear up and to get servce mot detailing et al all sorted and im in no rush

Here we are finally. Not completely clean at the moment

Have added a bonnet star which was a must for me. Not sure whether to go for a standard chrome grill though

you can see the badge on the windscreen.

he had a very nice article in the gazette some years ago.. i think 2008 or 2009... truly gorgeous!
