Sadly my AMG has to go.
The dealer has offered me a deal which is acceptable for the car but I thought I'd offer it up on here see if anyone was interested in it.
Anyone who is interested must be able to complete a cash purchase by middle of next week at the latest.
Car is a Dec 2000, supplied by Bath Mercedes. It was registered by dealer first, I bought it off guy who bought it off them. I've owned the car for the last 3 years and only done 12000 miles in it. Its now got 79000 miles on it.
It has full MB service history to 60k then its been looked after by Merx in Stoke.
Its a damn good car in silver with a black leather interior. It runs and drives great and has nothing that needs doing to it.
MOT to December
Tax out end of March
B service due in 6800 miles
All the extras you'd expect, electric seats, COMAND, cruise etc etc.
Its got the usual stonechipping but no dents or scuffs. The alloys had lifted laquer on the rim so I removed it and polished them, they need doing again as I work away don't use the car often. To get them mint they really need to be refurbed.
Just fitted 2 Michi back tyres 600 miles ago (£345 sob)
The only other faults on the car that I know of is some of the pixels in the clock are out and the outside temp readout occasionally loses a couple of pixels. They come back when the car is used but if I leave it a few weeks it does it again.
I have a private plate on it, B20 CLK which I'd like to sell with the car if poss. I paid £500 for it so would like an additional £400 for the plate as I'd have to put it on retention at a cost of £105 otherwise.
So if you have £8000 burning a hole in your pocket, plus £400 for the plate, heres a cheap AMG. Please don't ask about part ex or make offers. The price/deal is not negotiable in any way shape or form. I'm just offering it up at the px price the dealer offered as they'll just make a profit on it and there making enough on the new car!
