Got no love for dealers myself

My story starts with Mercedes-Benz Chelsea, and then moves to Mercedes-Benz Retail UK.

My aim is to expose how M-B abuse their customers and how that abuse is sanctioned from the very top of the management chain.

An example;

A manager at M-B Chelsea commits Perjury before the Court and is promoted

What does that tell you about the integrity of MB?

If you think somebody at MB is lying too you, you are probably right.

Look forward to it. Mercedes Benz Colindale in my opinion the worse dealership with very poor customer services and a bunch of liars who damage peoples cars to create more work then deny any wrong doing. I have numerous very unpleasant experiences dealing with them. In my view they should be closed down as they are a discredit to the name of MB

I did send letter to Gary Savage and it got passed on to Matt Aris who hasn't bothered responding. All my emails are being ignored. I would like a response in writing rather than this guy Matt just giving me BS on the phone. They just can't be trusted. The trouble with the way these cars are made is that often other non Merc garages can't fix the problem to the complex electronic and computerised systems that MB place to cut out the middleman. It leaves the owner with no option but to take the car to the liars and thrives that the dealerships mostly are.

Write to Gary Savage CEO and highlight the fact that MB Colindale are not only incompetent with inexperienced dim mechanics but also thieves, liars and cheats

Finally got a response from Matt Aris. I think if sufficient people make CEO Gary Savage aware of their genuine complaints against MB Colindale,with a bit of luck they may close them down. They have caused far too much aggravation for most MB owners who take their car there.

Time and time again...Colindale; wouldn't touch them with a barge poll to buy a car, or service it or repair it. I'd buy parts from them all day long. M&A been going down hill for years and would let them touch my car again.

Is Wayne Gates any good?
I am pretty Local in Greenford.

I have lost all faith in Mercedes Benz Colindale.
Purchased the car in Feb 2016 and its been in twice to have some bits changed as they contained small marks etc.

Well £2.5k later in parts and labour, my boot lid is marked
where the technician yanked out the park and scratched both sides of the boot lid.
And lastly after changing the water deflector, some prat scratched my roof.
I am dumb founded.

Needless to say I never want to take the car back there for my service's.

I don't want my car scratched any more.

I am not even going to get them to re paint it, I am out sourcing that and sending them the bill as from what I have read.



Is there a decent Mercedes Branch left, not one has decent Google Reviews lol.

Any help on OCD Mercedes Benz Specialists in London is appreciated.

Fairly new to Mercedes as a brand, but I have my Service A in 145 days. Will Wayne Gates be able to perform this? Up date the system etc?

Its just I heard Merc are making as hard as possible for people like Wanyes Gate to do this?

I am having issues with MB Colindale as well regarding Comand Sat Nav Map updates. Ongoing since Nov 2015 and issue escalated as my warranty has now ran out in May 2016.
They have taken my details and number.
Lets see what happen next after they contact MB Colindale for their response.
