Bought car lastweek.

Was tod all week it would be delivered on Friday. Even got the call they were ready to deliver it this morning.

Lo and behold i recieve a call stating that its still getting valeted, and they cant get a hire car for the driver dropping it off for his return journey.

So delivery has been delayed till Tuesday.

I understand the car is being dropped off 150 miles from their dealership..
Anways, just a bit miffed, since i had booked Friday off work for the car.

I would also like to state that the customer service thus far over the phone has been painful.

Demand a freebie of some kind, my car was delayed 1 day so i demanded a boot liner...got it as well;)
 
That's shocking, tell them you are writing to MB - dealers are very concerned about the feedback they get so I am assuming it has a financial impact.
