MB Derby - a pleasant surprise -

Well today was my first ever visit to an MB dealer for warranty work...

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience indeed!

Having been met by Harry, the Service Manager, the job was confirmed and I had a lift from them to the office.

I'd asked for one of their £20 valet's, but they did it complimentary.

The work was done, and the car looked stunning.

Professional, excellent service - MB Derby - thoroughly recommended!

This is very much at odds with a certain BMW dealer in the same area...

All-in-all makes me glad that I bought a Mercedes. :bannana:

Have you seen them doing it - spraying acid on the wheels and washing the car with a big brush :yikes:

Fine on a company lease car, but I paid for this one myself, so I make sure it's spotless when it goes it and tell them to leave it alone!

And I paid for this one myself too!

And yes I have seen them doing it and they have a very neat filtered pressure wash system, leaves no water marks, followed by a blow dry.
The inside is nicely vacuumed and all surfaces are wiped with MB cockpit wipes (perhaps not my favourite but does no harm)

My local too, haven't been able to fault them since they opened.
