MB S204 Estate Water Leaking Into Trunk Through Third Brake Light

Hi! I have a problem with my MB S204 Estate 2008. When it rains water gets into the trunk of the car through the thirds brake light. Has anyone encounter this problem? How did you solved it? Should I replace the brake light? Maybe use some kind of sealant? If anyone could help me with this problem I would really appreciate it
