Had to visit the dealer to get a new bonnet release lever, on arrival as I got out of the car I was greeted by a guy on the forecourt who asked what they could do for me, he then escorted me to the parts department and summoned a member of staff. They had the part in stock and £10.35 later I was on my way.

If first impressions count this was a good one.

I also noticed they were having a "black card" event (they can't say sale) a CLS 220cdi Bluetec was marked up at £55k otr new but reduced to £48k as were a number of other vehicles.

I don't know if that is significant but thought i'd mention it just in case.

I've bought my last two Mercs from them, very helpful indeed.

Purchased my car from Salisbury in 2013 and also have it serviced there. Great customer care. Matthew Gately was a particularly good in the sales department.

MB Poole (formerly known as Jacksons) is renowned for its classic parts department, is also excellent, and part of the same group.
