Does anyone know how old this type of unit is, and is it a standard din size to fit in the dash.

the head unit will be din sized - designed to fit in place of stereo - u would need to mount the cd unit somewhere though (boot?)
Don't know how old exactly but would guess 4 or 5 years at least, so the nav disc may not be up to date.
