Hi,

I recently bought a Mercedes GL 350 Sport used approved, very happy with it, a few things is missing on the vehicle, owners manual, isofix caps, power point caps etc. i have contacted my dealer and they are sorting it out for me, i surely thought these items should have been in place and its disappointing it was me had to point them out, makes me wonder about this rigorous check and multi point check list a used car supposed to go through.

Owners manual is an obvious fail but the other things sound relatively minor and at least they are sorting for you.

Easily removed things that have a value on eBay do sometimes go missing ... quite a few people get their hands on the car while it's being prepared including external contractors (valeters etc.). When we picked up our C Class in July the Bluetooth module and luggage cover (both there when we test drove it) had 'disappeared', and my SL was missing the wind deflector and first aid kit

The rear luggage blind is also missing, they also getting one for me.
