MBUX 2023 air con controls

HI Folks,

Just got a new 2023 GLC 300 petrol with the MBUX system (?Model X254). When I start the car I use the finger sensor to load my user profile and settings. My heating controls are always set to Auto. I have found that every time I enter my user profile I have to switch on the AC button as it automatically resets to the off setting when the car switches off (even though Auto stays on). The AC certainly works fine. Does anyone know how to get the AC to just automatically stay on? Ive never come across this in a car before and there is nothing about this in the manual.

I am having the same problem. Never had it until the car went in for an update. Can’t find anywhere to set my heating on my profile. Have you found a fix???
