Hi,

I have used MD Motorcare at Ellesmere Port Cheshire four times for servicing my C Class and see that they seem to have expanded with more staff than last time I used them.

Has anyone used them recently and can you confirm that the ex Mercedes technician Dave ( I don't know his surname) still working there?

Cheers,

T

Ring them and ask?

I did ring them but kept getting a recorded message " The person you are calling knows you are waiting" then "try again later"

Anyone used them recently?

Thanks

I am currently in Andalucia and Dave and Sam gave my W210 a through service before I left UK on 6 April.

Unfortunately, they didn't seem interested in my business when I rang - I was impressed by the reviews on here and wanted to give them my business but was told that they were too busy .I explained that I wanted to pop round as it didn't seem to be sitting right on new springs and these guys are meant to be suspension specialists.
I was told that I could bring it in in a couple of weeks for them to look at it although they would charge me £30 & VAT ...
Everybody can have an off day but I really was keen to give these people the opportunity to maintain my car

Seems a poor response I agree, and not what others on here have experienced. If they are local, why not just turn up and ask your question. A charge of £30 plus VAT seems cheap to get a professional opinion, possibly a minimum half hour labour rate.
