Measuring internet download - shareware

Can anybody recommend any shareware/freeware to measure the amount of data that I download over any given time period?

I am limited to 10 GB per month with my ISP package and sometimes I get emails saying that I am close to my limit.

So I would like to monitor myself the amount of data I download each month.

This should do the trick,,,

but will work only on a single machine... might get more complicated if you have multiple computers connected to your broadband (or your neihbours on your wifi)

My ISP allows me to frighten myself from the user account controls...
