Just wondering if any members have had any experience with MEC kits.
I have been on their website and they do some neat stuff.

My question is, would it be aesthetically okay to have just the rear bumper, which i really like, without having the side skirts or the front bumper.

The price difference between an MEC rear bumper and diffuser and the Renntech rear diffuser is minimal and i was leaning to the renntech. but each time i look at the MEC stuff...hhmm

Would it look ok on my silver CLS or just tacky?

My opinion is that you have to go the full hog.

I fitted AMG bumpers on my SEC and until I had found some side skirts, it just didnt look good.

Rear bumper only would definately look odd.

i would love a set of there 3-piece alloys..

i agree about the whole hog, but the cost is prohibitive at £5k with out shipping painting and fitting, but they do look the dogs dangly bits..thos wheels are cracking to some available on pistonheads for £2500 if i remeber.

After some thought i will just have the euroteck splitter and rear spoiler and keep it low key.
But i have been known to change my mind, so we'll see
