Mercedes S205 C250 Premium Plus Diamond White 2017
Morning all as the name suggests I'm having issues with Mercedes Me, just recently bought a 2017 C250d Estate Premium Plus with 27k and Me on the app just says (Activation In Progress) for the last month, i have purchased the comfort package ie remote door lock/open etc but status doesn't change, deleted app and reinstalled, delinked car at Mercedes dealership and linked again. Spoke to Me In stuttgart and they say "There is an issue with connection that is why workshop has to manually reset communication module of your vehicle."
Would this mean the car has to be connected to Star to reset the module?

I'm booked for Tuesday, 3rd visit and want it to be the last, so trying to arm myself with as much info.
Anyone else had this problem and was it resolved?

Have the same problem - Did the "Reset Com module" solve the problem ??
Talked to Mercedes, and they have never heard about it ??

Had a problem with MB me on present car, as it was new they seem to have got it sorted, it got dealt with in Germany and was all sorted over the air. They seem to be having issues and was told its a common issue at the moment at the me end.
