It appears to have offroad tyres and possibly jacked up suspension. Transmission/diff locks etc may be well worn? Might still be a good buy if its been well looked after.

For a G that rear doors has years of life left in it!
I think the mileage is a typo - G's only have a 5 figured mileometer (remember them?) so the chances are its done 153000 but showing 53000. No way it would look that good after a half-mill, especially the baby model!

I used the zoom feature and I think that it might be 53,000 rather than 530,000
