Not an expert and I could be wrong here but it's inline with the revving so it might be worth checking the ABC (Active Body Control) / MBC (Magic Body Control) pulsation damper, the tandem pump bearing and the AC compressor bearing?

thanks for the reply bro

I guess the first question is whether or not it does it when stationary or moving only. This will rule out things like wheel bearings and the like.

Next ask your mechanic to take the serpentine belt off to see if it is a belt driven component making the noise.

From the sounds of it, as mentioned above, if I had to guess I would say it was the pulsation dampener on the ABC pump, which presents itself very similarly. My advice would be to drive it as little as possible. I had a problem with my pulsation dampener which eventually lead to the main hose out of my ABC pump to rupturing.

No worries.

Your car will have MBC as it is standard on an S63 btw.

Yes, I had it before. I just carried around driving on it until it was fixed under warranty by MB when they could fit the car in. Got away with it basically although MB were not concerned - probably because MB UK were coughing for the eventual bill!

Mine has just had the pulsation damper replaced and it sounded like that video.
