MERC A160 Anti theft alarm issue

Hi All

Hope someone could help me. My 2001 A160 has MBSS3 security system. Recently the alarm has started going off for apparently no reason. Sometimes within 10 min or after couple of hours of locking the car. Real embarassment with neighbours!!

I cheked the interior for any item that could trigger the motion sensors but in vain.Not sure what else to check?

Appreciate any advise.

check all the doors and boot to see if its shutting properly and the windows, also if you have a low battery that could trigger the alarm if it drops
