car reg: SM64 AOA

I am looking to purchase this car. Following advisory on MOT done Dec 2019.

MOT advisory
n/s front lower suspension arm ball joint has slight play spring link (5.3.4(a) (i)

Could you advise if this is expensive to repair so I can haggle over price !

The arms themselves are anywhere from £99 to £199 depending on which brand . Then theres fitting and possibly alignment of the wheels.
